Welcome to Saddist.store’s Return Policy

We want you to love every product you get from us, but we get it – sometimes things don’t work out. If your purchase didn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange any item, as long as it’s in brand-new condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all the original tags attached. However, please note that personalized or custom-made items aren’t eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Return

Just shoot us an email at info@saddist.store with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you all the details on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, if everything checks out, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable, and unless the product is defective or damaged, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Looking to switch up your size, color, or style? Let us know what you need in your return request email, and we’ll try to make it happen based on availability.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Just reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll take care of everything, including covering return shipping costs.
